At Sukoon se Therapy, we value your time and commitment to the healing process. To maintain fairness and ensure that appointment slots are available to all clients, we follow the policy below:
1. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
- Requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered a late cancellation.
2. Missed Sessions
- Missed sessions (without prior notice) are treated as late cancellations and will be charged in full.
3. Refund Policy
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- The full session fee will apply for late cancellations or missed sessions.
- In cases where the therapist needs to reschedule or cancel a session, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Purpose of the Policy
This policy is designed to:
- Respect the therapist’s professional time.
- Ensure that appointment slots remain available for other clients who may need them.
- Support consistency and commitment in the therapeutic process.
